Refund Requests
Refunds are only applicable for subscription payments that meet the criteria outlined in this policy. To initiate a refund, you must submit a formal request through our support team by contacting us via email at hello@xxxxtrading.com within the first 24 hours of the transaction date.
Valid Refund Scenarios
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
Technical Issues: If our service was unavailable due to technical issues on our end, preventing you from accessing insights for a period longer than 72 consecutive hours.
Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription.
Payment Errors: If an error occurred during the payment process that resulted in an unintended charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If you no longer wish to use the service after receiving valid insights.
Dissatisfaction with the accuracy of AI-generated insights (as stated in our Terms of Use, trading decisions are the user’s sole responsibility).
Cancellation of subscriptions after the trial period or mid-subscription cycle.
Non-compliance with our Terms of Use.
Trial Period
A free trial period is available upon login to our dashboard. This trial provides you with the opportunity to explore our services and decide whether to subscribe. Once a paid subscription begins, refund requests for dissatisfaction with services will not be honored.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to hello@xxxxtrading.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Include the following details:

Subscription plan
Transaction ID
Payment method used (e.g., WISH Money, Western Union, Cryptocurrency)
Reason for refund request
Verification Process
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review your case to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. Verification may require:
Confirmation of transaction details.
Submission of transfer receipts for payment methods like WISH Money, Western Union, USDT, or Bitcoin.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For manual payment methods, additional time may be required for external processing.
Administrative Fees
In some cases, a small administrative fee may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover transaction processing costs.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Subscriptions payments are manully billed every month so no extra action required to cancel a subscription if your previous subscription expires.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to non-compliance with our Terms of Use, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of xxxxTrading after reviewing the circumstances of each request.
